This website shows the results from proteome analyses of Spirulina (Arthrospira) platensis C1 which have been carried out by our group, Algal Biotechnology (AGB) and Systems Biology and BioInformatics (SBI) laboratories at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Bangkok, Thailand.

Spirulina proteome under temperature stress conditions [data] were analyzed, and the protein identification was performed based on Spirulina genome sequence [web]. Integration with available data by bioinformatics tools will help demonstrating the effect of stresses to the cell in the molecular levels; for example, protein-protein interaction and metabolic levels.
